Mini Con report :)
First off I’d like to thank all the people that I met and were so very friendly. This includes Cynthia, Ed (New York), KT, Smutterly, xemags, Jessica (Pandora), Elsie Austin, Alliaria, Kubulla, Garfield, GWAC, SaraXenite, Velda (?), Loritta (?), Fiona & Ralf. There were several others but I didn’t get your names :(
And I’d also like to thank the staff of Creation, including Adam (who did a fabulous job!), Richard (‘why do you Brits have no photo ID?’) and of course Sharon for the awesome weekend I spent at the convention. Some pics of them in action below.
And of course my thanks to the Guests who were all marvelous.
I took lots of photographs and unlike previous cons most of them came out very well. The various Galleries you’ll find on this page have all been resized to a standard 1200 x 900 which enables quality to be kept high but not too large to make downloading difficult. Note that Lucy’s concert photo’s were shot under multi coloured strobe lights so there’s quite a variety of colours!
I also took 4 small videos at both Lucy’s convention appearance and her singing at her concert. The originals are high quality and not suitable for downloading so a good friend of mine (Hi Mary!) has compressed them down to more manageable sizes!
I also obtained autographs from all the Guests including Lucy. Meeting Lucy was a moment I’ll treasure, a smile to remember!
The concert, the first I’ve ever attended, was simply unbelievable. Quite marvelous and stunning. Ultimate entertainment!
There are many reports on the convention on various sites and discussion boards so I’ll not go on any further.

Update 25th May, 2008 - The four videos I took at the convention and concert have been reworked to improve quality, together with improvements to sound (the audio is now synchronised with the video). All done by Starman of starman-imaging.com, very many grateful thanks!
Note the videos are larger at about 30mb each and will therefore take a little longer to download but it’s worth it! You will also need to have the xvid codec installed (http://www.xvid.org/)
